We stand behind the quality of our sunglasses. All full-price sunglasses are covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers lost, missing, or damaged sunglasses.
Approved warranty claims are subject to a $20 warranty fee, which covers shipping, handling, and processing for your replacement pair.
Eligibility
To qualify for warranty coverage:
- Sunglasses must have been purchased at full price.
- The warranty is valid for one year from the original purchase date.
- Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.
- Sunglasses purchased using a discount, promotional code, sale, or other price reduction are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Warranty Replacements
Once your warranty claim is approved, a $20 warranty fee will be charged to cover shipping, handling, and processing.
Warranty replacements are subject to product availability. If your original style or color is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchase and does not restart or extend when a replacement pair is issued.
